Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients within the Treasures Private Client segment, delivering personalized wealth management services.
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory and asset allocation solutions, including investment, insurance, and treasury products, tailored to meet clients' financial goals.
- Achieve business and revenue targets through proactive relationship management, client acquisition, and portfolio growth.
- Collaborate closely with product specialists, investment strategists, and support teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies in all client transactions and advisory processes.
- Keep abreast of market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide timely and accurate market insights to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in wealth management and relationship management, with demonstrated experience in managing high-net-worth portfolios.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, asset allocation strategies, and wealth management solutions.
- Relevant regulatory certifications for financial advisory and investment sales.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with affluent clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
