Deposition Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities Executes Paszkiewicz scheduling process as trained by the Scheduling Manager Secures conference rooms per client requests throughout the U.S. per Company policy Confirms all bookings with clients as per Company policy Builds relationships with clients based on reliability, customer service and willingness to accommodate client requests Works with our production and billing team as needed Has accountability for accuracy and completing all tasks assigned Job Requirements On-site position Monday through Friday Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Meticulous attention to detail and first-rate customer service skills Ability to work successfully in a team environment General computer proficiency in various computer applications Strong work ethic Possess solid critical thinking and time management abilities Works well under pressure and adapts to daily changes Education High school diploma or general degree from an accredited institution required Paralegal certificate or experience working at a law firm preferred Benefits 401k matching EAP Dental Vision Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid holidays Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Paszkiewicz Reporting & Records Retrieval
