Head of Operations

We're seeking a Head of Operations to build the operating engine behind one of the most ambitious robotics and AI companies in the market. This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain an existing process, you'll be creating the systems, structure, and execution framework that enable the company to scale from startup to industry leader. The ideal candidate has thrived in high‑growth startup environments, knows how to bring order to complexity, and has a track record of building teams, processes, and operating models from the ground up. Design and lead the company’s operating model, including organizational structure, governance, planning processes, and performance management. Establish the operating cadence through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Drive cross‑functional alignment on priorities, resources, and key initiatives. Delivery & Execution Oversee delivery across customer programs, ensuring successful execution of data initiatives and robotics deployments. Own operational performance across quality, schedule, and cost objectives. Lead recovery efforts for at‑risk programs, resolving issues and driving accountability to execution plans. Partner with customer‑facing leaders to align delivery commitments with customer expectations. Build, develop, and scale the operations organization, including program management, deployment operations, and business operations functions. Lead and mentor managers, creating a strong layer between executive strategy and day‑to‑day execution. Develop operational talent and establish scalable organizational structures to support growth. Performance & Reporting Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that provide real‑time visibility into business performance. Drive data‑informed decision‑making through consistent measurement and operational insights.
