Support Specialist

Salary: $55,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

• We handle incoming support tickets and use problem-solving techniques to resolve issues through to completion.
• We participate in quality assurance and software application testing as needed.
• We help create and distribute end-user communications such as knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-service resources.
• We use strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to close issues efficiently.
• We speak with customers by phone and email to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• We work with hubley clients on product setup, troubleshooting, and training.
• We lead virtual meetings and training sessions as needed.
• We research and respond to client requests, escalate tickets where appropriate, and use feedback to improve our platform.
