Tech Support Specialist

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Agent in Baton Rouge is the first point of contact for technology support and solutions for customers in-store. You’ll be trained to assess needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents on more complex repairs. You’ll provide friendly, timely service during check-in and checkout, understand issues by asking questions, help set up devices, monitor queues and stay current through certified training. Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
