Zoning Research Specialist

The Zoning Research Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Manage and oversee zoning-related projects from initiation through completion.
• Process, track, and follow up on zoning requests and project-related inquiries.
• Conduct zoning research, including obtaining current zoning information, applicable code sections, and supporting documentation from municipalities and government agencies.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate updates with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records, databases, logs, and related documentation.
• Prepare check requests and support administrative project requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and verify information as needed.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures, established processes, and quality standards.

Required qualifications for the position include :

• Associate degree (AA) preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Software applications.
• Strong organizational and coordinating skills.
• Oral communication skills sufficient to gather information.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an advanced administrative function or related role.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
