Job Description Uchiko in Miami Beach is hiring Sushi Chefs! We offer a $1,250 Sign‑On Bonus (payable after 90 days following completion of training). The average hourly rate for Sushi Chefs (base pay + tipout) is estimated at $25 per hour.
