Pandora is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Pandora HR LATAM team in Panama City, Panama. Main purpose of the role The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Recruitment & Selection team in identifying and assessing candidates, contributing to the development of an external and diverse talent pipeline across different markets. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling and onboarding support. Assist in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an organized pipeline of candidates. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the delivery of quality talent. Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear, timely and consistent communication throughout the hiring process. Update and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to accurately track hiring processes and candidate records. Support the preparation and updating of Talent Acquisition reports for LATAM and Global teams. What You Need to Succeed Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to interact with internal stakeholders and candidates. Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
