Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information on clients’ mental health histories and current concerns, ensuring personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide ongoing therapeutic sessions for an assigned caseload, using a variety of techniques to promote healing and progress.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Initiate and engage in client case consultations with colleagues to discuss complex cases and develop effective strategies for client care.

• Maintain detailed and professional case records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

• Actively communicate with psychiatrists and medical professionals to coordinate care, particularly regarding psychopharmacological interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
