Front Desk & Customer Service Representative - Unleash Your Love for Dogs!

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our facility — welcoming clients, keeping the lobby running smoothly, and making sure every pet and client gets five-star service. You’ll get to: Welcome clients and pets, check them in/out for daycare, boarding, and grooming Answer calls, schedule and confirm reservations, and process payments Assist retail customers and recommend products Give facility tours and maintain accurate client/pet records Help with potty walks, running dogs and cat care as needed Keep the lobby, retail displays, and amenities clean and stocked We’re looking for someone who: Loves animals and people, with a positive, upbeat attitude Is dependable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Communicates professionally and confidently Is comfortable being active and on their feet throughout the shift Schedule: Flexible availability required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and safely handle dogs of varying sizes and energy levels.
