Solutions Architect / Solution Engineer

We are seeking experienced Solutions Architects / Solution Engineers to join a large healthcare company and support a high-visibility initiative focused on the commercialization of specialty products. This role sits at the intersection of architecture and engineering, requiring individuals who can design end-to-end solutions while also contributing to implementation. The team is evolving from a traditional architecture function into a more hands-on solution engineering group, focused on delivering scalable, business-driven technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and database layers ("cradle-to-grave" ownership)
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, partnering closely with business and engineering stakeholders
• Contribute to solution implementation, including light hands-on development and technical execution
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Collaborate with engineering teams to package and deploy solutions into production
• Identify patterns and build repeatable solutions for common business problems
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical strategy discussions
• Balance architectural thinking with execution—ensuring solutions are both well-designed and deliverable

Compensation: $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
