Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each student’s unique behavioral health requirements and develop customized treatment plans that incorporate cognitive-behavioral and psychotherapy techniques.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions focused on evidence-based strategies, ensuring relevance to each student's life experiences and developmental stage.

• Maintain detailed and timely progress notes to monitor patient progress and inform ongoing treatment decisions, utilizing electronic health record systems to document and analyze information effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in the state of Washington is mandatory.
