Associate Director, Global Strategic Insights & Forecasting Partner

Ipsen seeks an Associate Director to drive strategic decision-making through market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven insights across global brand teams. The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support business planning, competitive positioning, and commercial evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee market research initiatives to address strategic priorities for asset teams
- Monitor brand performance through KPIs, competitive intelligence, and data analytics
- Build and maintain forecasting models for patient populations and sales across product lifecycles
- Develop business cases and commercial evaluations using market data and competitive analysis
- Coordinate insights and recommendations for annual planning cycles and portfolio governance
Requirements
- Market research leadership and quantitative/qualitative analysis experience
- Financial forecasting and business planning expertise
- Cross-functional stakeholder management across commercial, medical, and R&D teams
- Proficiency with data analytics tools, KPI development, and performance monitoring
- Experience with pharmaceutical or life-sciences market dynamics
- Strong project management and vendor coordination capabilities
