We are seeking an organized, people-focused HR Recruiting Assistant to support a busy HR team with recruiting and day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and an excellent communicator who follows through and enjoys being part of a collaborative HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and recruiting activities
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with job postings, onboarding, and other HR administrative functions
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
• Provide data entry, documentation, reporting, and file management support
• Respond to routine candidate and employee questions
• Assist with special HR projects and department needs
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of recruiting, HR coordination, or HR administrative experience
• Experience supporting candidate sourcing and screening
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience working with HRIS and/or applicant tracking systems
• UKG experience is a plus
