The opportunity We're hiring a Growth Marketer to join our US team at a pivotal moment. Asseti has proven product-market fit with some of the world's most demanding asset owners, including marquee retail, industrial, and commercial real estate portfolios, and now we're scaling our US presence out of Denver. This is your chance to turn that momentum into a repeatable growth engine, building the campaigns and demand that put Asseti in front of the enterprise accounts that define the region. You’ll be more than a campaign manager. You’ll be a market-maker: translating our evolving product vision into sharp messaging, generating qualified pipeline, and building the digital and demand programs that everything else builds on. Your work will shape the playbook. Your methods will define how we go to market. The role You will own the execution of integrated marketing programs across messaging, demand generation, digital campaigns, and website optimization. You'll partner closely with leadership to bring Asseti’s product vision to market, translating strategic direction into high-impact initiatives that generate enterprise awareness and qualified pipeline. This isn't about running one channel on autopilot. You'll be building campaigns from the ground up across paid media, content, outbound, and SEO, sharpening our positioning alongside product and leadership, and continuously optimizing website messaging and conversion paths. You'll balance hands‑on execution with the strategic judgment to prioritize the initiatives that matter and move them forward fast. You’ll work in lockstep with founder, product, sales, and external partners as a core member of our growing US team. Your execution speed, project discipline, and analytical rigour will raise the standard for how we market and how we win. You'll bring an ownership mentality, show up with intensity, and operate with the accountability that defines elite performers. What you will do Execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, website optimization, content, outbound, and SEO to drive enterprise awareness and qualified pipeline Partner with leadership and product on positioning and messaging that brings the product vision to market Manage LinkedIn campaigns, digital advertising, landing pages, and ongoing campaign optimization Improve website messaging and conversion paths to support demand generation Prioritize initiatives and provide thoughtful recommendations while keeping projects moving quickly Coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver against aggressive launch timelinesMeasure campaign performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline contribution to continuously optimize results Contribute to the GTM playbook and help build the marketing foundation for a high-performing US team What you will bring 5 to 8 years in growth marketing, integrated marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS Strong experience executing integrated campaigns across paid media, website optimization, content, outbound, and SEO Experience supporting product positioning and messaging alongside leadership and product teams Proven ability to launch campaigns that generate enterprise awareness and qualified pipeline Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn campaigns, digital advertising, landing pages, and campaign optimization Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking, providing recommendations while moving fast Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and aggressive timelines Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline contribution Bonus points for Marketing to asset-heavy industries, real estate, facilities, or infrastructure Experience marketing data platforms, analytics, or workflow software Experience in lean, high-growth startup environments working directly with founders Familiarity with enterprise or public sector buying cycles This is a career-defining opportunity to join a fast-growing team in Denver, own the marketing programs that fuel our US expansion, and build serious wealth while doing it.
