Job Description

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is a locally owned, beach-inspired restaurant brand rooted in Baja surf culture, fresh flavors, and good vibes. We’re community-focused, people-driven, and always evolving. If you love hospitality, leadership, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, we’d love to have you on the team.

What You’ll Do

Lead the guest experience by using feedback to improve service and increase return visits
Train, coach, and develop service and kitchen teams
Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere guests want to come back to
Reinforce the Mex 1 menu journey, including margaritas and tequila knowledge
Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service
Foster a positive, accountable, and fun team culture
