Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is a locally owned, beach-inspired restaurant brand rooted in Baja surf culture, fresh flavors, and good vibes. We’re community-focused, people-driven, and always evolving. If you love hospitality, leadership, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, we’d love to have you on the team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the guest experience by using feedback to improve service and increase return visits
- Train, coach, and develop service and kitchen teams
- Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere guests want to come back to
- Reinforce the Mex 1 menu journey, including margaritas and tequila knowledge
- Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service
- Foster a positive, accountable, and fun team culture
