Property Accountant
TORP Group
TORP Group is seeking a property accountant to manage monthly reporting, budgeting support, and tenant financial data for retail properties. This remote role offers annual in-person visits to Los Angeles and a clear path to financial leadership. You will supervise AR/AP, depreciation, CAM reconciliations, and lease metrics while collaborating with the Controller and regional teams. MRI experience is a plus, and familiarity with CAM and tenant billings is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
