Our client, a government agency dedicated to civic engagement and community outreach, is seeking an Outreach Representative to join their team. As an Outreach Representative, you will be part of the Outreach Department supporting election initiatives and community events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Salinas, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00/ Hourly

Shift: Day Shift/ Flexible to work on Weekends

What's the Job?

• Assist with outreach events to promote civic participation and voter engagement
• Drive to various locations within Monterey County to support community initiatives
• Represent the organization professionally and courteously at all times
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of outreach activities
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and participant engagement

What's Needed?

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Availability to work nights and weekends if necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to represent the organization professionally in diverse community settings
