Employment Law Attorney

Locations New York, Philadelphia (Pennsylvania), Washington, District of Columbia. Morgan & Morgan is Seeking Employment Attorneys We look for attorneys eager to represent employees and advocate for their rights. Candidates should bring strong advocacy skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for achieving exceptional outcomes. Responsibilities Handle cases from pre‑litigation through litigation. Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests, responses, motions, and related documents. Guide clients through the case process. Coordinate with expert witnesses, prepare reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school. Active in good standing with the state bar that the attorney is based in or applying to. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus. Ability to manage high volumes of pre‑litigation and litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $85,000 - $500,000 USD. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
