Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients upon intake to identify their mental health needs, substance use history, and develop collaborative treatment objectives.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and narrative therapy, tailored to detoxification needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that consider clients’ unique backgrounds, challenges, and recovery goals.

• Engage clients in ongoing discussions about their progress, actively adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to promote successful outcomes.

• Maintain adherence to ethical standards, privacy regulations, and professional guidelines while documenting all client interactions and maintaining records in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Establish trust and rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that facilitates healing, growth, and recovery.

Your work at our detox center will primarily focus on individuals grappling with substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in social work or mental health services, preferably within a substance use treatment or detoxification setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, our clinicians are eligible for performance-based bonuses, reflecting our commitment to rewarding excellence in patient care.
