By seamlessly integrating with over 100 tools and custom data sources, Faros AI analyzes diverse data streams—including tasks, code, deployments, quality, incidents, security, organizational structure, and surveys—without requiring prior data refactoring or standardization. About the role Faros AI brings all engineering data in one place to give engineering leaders a single-pane view of their entire software development lifecycle. We are looking for a driven enterprise account executive to help us realize Faros AI’s enormous potential. Responsibilities Managing enterprise accounts through the entire sales process. Participating in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Building relationships with C-level executives to negotiate and close strategic deals. Liaising with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing revenue. What we care about You are an owner. Required Qualifications At least 8+ years of experience selling Enterprise IT solutions with a consistent track record of success. Adept at using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools to manage accounts, contacts, and opportunities throughout the sales process. Early-stage start-up experience. Exemplary communication skills — both written and oral. High integrity & self-driven. FTE - $280,000-350,000 On Target Earnings Annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
