District Sales Manager

Compensation: $75K–$95K + commission (OTE $125K–$155K+) Travel: 75%+ Your Role: As the District Manager, you will operate as a business leader responsible for a multi-state territory. You will oversee sales, operations, and team development while driving revenue growth and ensuring successful project execution. This role offers the opportunity to run a stand‑alone division, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in the field. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage a multi‑state territory, overseeing sales, operations, and overall business performance Build, develop, and mentor a high‑performing team Drive revenue growth through strong sales strategy and customer relationship management Quote, plan, and execute projects including equipment installation, mechanical maintenance, rework, and retrofit Partner with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions Ensure operational efficiency and high‑quality service delivery across all projects Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Identify opportunities for process improvement and business expansion Maintain a strong customer service focus and act as the primary point of contact for key clients What You’ll Bring: 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial environments (field service, consulting, or construction preferred) High school diploma or GED required; engineering background preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment Proven sales, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities Demonstrated leadership experience with team‑building capabilities Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills High level of ambition, accountability, and self‑motivation Ability to work independently and manage a large territory Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship #J-18808-Ljbffr
