Role Description The Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dining operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality experience for residents and guests. This full-time, on-site role in Cutler Bay, FL includes supervising dining room staff, coordinating schedules, and managing floor operations during meal service. The Dining Room Manager monitors food and beverage service standards, addresses resident concerns, and maintains a clean, safe, and compliant dining environment. The role involves collaborating with culinary and administrative teams on menus, special events, and service improvements, as well as training and coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service. The Dining Room Manager also assists with inventory, ordering, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on serving older adults and creating a positive dining experience. Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including dining room management and quality control. Ability to provide Training, guidance, and ongoing support to dining room staff. Basic Cooking knowledge or familiarity with kitchen operations to coordinate effectively with culinary teams. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, senior living, or restaurant settings. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, culinary arts, or related fields is a plus.
