About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast United States. This pivotal role involves managing and coaching a team of Area Sales Managers, each leading teams of Account Executives across key markets in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the regional P&L, delivering on significant quarterly and annual revenue targets, and developing and executing a regional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with various internal teams. A key aspect of the role is to attract and recruit top-tier sales talent, provide accurate forecasting, and build strong relationships with regional partners and strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a second-line leadership role, and a proven track record of leading teams that have consistently exceeded substantial ARR targets. Deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, MEDDPICC, and value-based selling is essential, as is experience in selling to C-suite executives in industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing. The role requires a leader with strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to travel extensively within the Southeast territory. The candidate should be adept at hiring and developing high-performing sales managers and AEs and be committed to building a culture of excellence and accountability.
