Job Title: Technical Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime during holiday season)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and end users who need assistance with company products. Your ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand way will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience and supporting the company's commitment to quality and service.


What You'll Do
As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for

• Assist customers through phone, email, web chat, and vendor support portals.
• Diagnose technical concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the support system.
• Distinguish between product defects, quality concerns, and user-related issues.
• Provide professional technical support and guide customers through troubleshooting.
• Educate users on product features, procedures, service manuals, and schematic diagrams.
• Respond promptly to support requests, recommend additional solutions when appropriate, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Bring 1-2 years of customer service, technical support, or related experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Possess strong mechanical aptitude and communicate confidently about products and services.
• Interpret technical documentation, product information, and schematic diagrams effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members while following established procedures and direction.
• Spanish bilingual skills and an associate degree or technical training are preferred but not required.
