We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in delivering outstanding service. If you are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors
- Ability to handle 14-18 calls and keep current throughout the shift
- Assist with client services by following up on inquiries and ensuring the resolution of issues.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
