Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide treatment planning and deliver individualized care based on the client’s unique needs.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, and medication management plans, to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify and measure clients' progress, adapting therapeutic interventions accordingly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the clinic to establish and implement effective positive behavior plans that promote healthier lifestyles and improved outcomes.

• Complete all required documentation and case notes promptly, adhering to regulatory standards to maintain quality of care.

• Actively engage in the clinic’s licensing and accreditation processes, supporting ongoing compliance and best practices.

• Serve as an advocate and liaison, connecting clients with relevant community services, state agencies, and resources to enhance their support networks.

• Foster strong communication channels within the clinic and with external partners to promote the agency's mission and ensure consistency in client care.

• Seek opportunities for professional development, including attending workshops and participating in clinical committees to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a holistic approach to client care.
