1st shift Receptionist #8896

Location: Waukesha, WI

Shift: Mon-Fri (7:45am-4:30pm)

Pay Rate: $22.00p/hr

Description: Would be responsible for the entry, updating & changes to company & customer data within the computer system. Responsible for greeting & receiving individuals arriving for appointments or meetings scheduled. Assisting with walk-ins, managing deliveries or mail being dropped off. Managing incoming correspondence (phones and emails) & assisting in the transferring of phone calls to the proper individual or department, assisting the caller when able. Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling clerical tasks such as filing paperwork, photocopying documents, transcribing & faxing. Other duties as assigned.
