Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform virtual psychosocial evaluations to accurately assess client needs and establish baseline metrics for ongoing therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will directly impact clients in various life stages, particularly those in hospice care who may be experiencing complex psychosocial issues as they approach end-of-life decisions. You will work with individuals and families to provide emotional support, grief counseling, and proactive strategies to address anxiety and depression related to illness, loss, and transitions in care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of a current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in mental health settings.
