Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to determine clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, tailoring interventions to their unique situations.

• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support clients dealing with grief, loss, and other life transitions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized service plans aligned with clients' goals, facilitating their journey towards healing and empowerment.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to essential resources, addressing barriers that may prevent them from achieving their objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role revolves around supporting individuals and families experiencing challenging life transitions, particularly within a hospice care context. This includes providing services to clients who are navigating serious illnesses, end-of-life decisions, and bereavement. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
