Job Description: As a Front Desk , you will play a vital role in ensuring that administrative operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for assisting the dental team with patient care, managing patient interactions, and handling front desk duties to ensure a seamless patient experience. 

  Responsibilities: 

• Greeting patients
• Checking patients In and Out
• Insurance verification
• Collecting payments
• Schedule appointments
• Confirm appointment
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Monitor emails 
• Perform all other tasks

Qualifications:

• Be comfortable working in an all-digital (Charting and forms) environment  
• Previous experience in Dental Office Front Desk 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
• Strong attention to details and organization skills

Schedule:  

• Full Time
• Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Expected Hours 32 per week
• Every other Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm
