Chris Cain Law is hiring a Staff Immigration Attorney to join our team. This position is split between Chris Cain Law and our affiliated nonprofit, Immigration Services Monterey (501(c)(3)), offering the opportunity to work across both a private practice and a public-interest organization — including potential PSLF eligibility. About the Role You’ll manage a caseload focused on family-based and humanitarian immigration matters, supervise a small team including a certified immigration specialist, and work alongside an established attorney with the opportunity to gain criminal defense experience along the way. Practice Areas Family-based visas VAWA Adjustment of Status (AOS) DACA And more Requirements 2+ years of immigration law experience Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred) Strong self-starter with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage independently Comfortable supervising and working alongside support staff Compensation $85,000 – $105,000, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
