This position, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through November 30, 2026, focuses on an elementary school resource caseload, working exclusively onsite.

Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license (proof required for consideration).
• Direct experience managing elementary classrooms and supporting students with autism.
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs and resource caseloads.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, structured, and positive learning environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring resource support.
• Employ evidence-based practices for classroom management, specifically with elementary-age children with autism.
• Provide differentiated instruction and interventions in alignment with students’ unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, specialists, and families to maximize student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor ongoing student achievement and behavioral support plans.
• Participate in required meetings, professional development, and IEP conferences as needed.
