What We’re Looking For:

• Valid or pending CDE license or COOL (required at submission; TEE not accepted)
• Demonstrated classroom management skills in an elementary setting
• Prior experience working with students with autism
• Expertise in delivering individualized resource instruction and support
• Ability to collaborate with other educators and families to foster student growth

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resource-based educational services and intervention for elementary-aged students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Apply strong classroom management strategies tailored to a variety of learning needs
• Foster a positive, structured learning environment for students with diverse abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student progress
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and ensure compliance with all special education requirements
