This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while also engaging in outpatient office sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapeutic interventions for clients, utilizing comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment strategies.

• Conduct individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care, coordinating treatment plans that address various facets of mental health.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding client information.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health research.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base in Pueblo and surrounding areas, focusing on individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
