Business Operations ManagerThe Business Operations Manager oversees daily U.S. operations, ensuring effective execution across logistics, inventory management, customer service, order fulfillment, product support, and contract implementation. This role serves as the key operational liaison between the company, its Board of Directors, and headquarters, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead U.S. operations across logistics, customer service, product support, and supply chain functions.Develop and manage workflows, KPIs, service standards, and accountability measures.Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead, coach, and develop operational teams.Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, finance, compliance, product support, and headquarters.Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, FIFO processes, and product traceability.Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including customs and FDA-related import activities.Ensure efficient order processing, fulfillment, customer support, and issue resolution.Support implementation of commercial contracts and ensure adherence to approved pricing and terms.Provide oversight of field product support, installations, training, and technical services.Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree; MBA preferred.Proven experience in operations management, logistics, customer service, and contract execution.Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP and CRM experience preferred.Medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience preferred.Location: Des Moines, IA Employment Type: Full-Time This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
