Customer Success Manager - National Accounts (Fully Remote)

Own post-deployment success for strategic national healthcare customers.
Drive adoption, measurable ROI, renewals, and expansion.

Customer Success Practice:

Contribute to scalable, ROI-driven CS practices and playbooks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with Sales, Product, TAS, Hardware Ops, and Marketing.
Be the voice of the customer for product and roadmap decisions.
Remote role with ~30-40% travel to customers.
Equity, full health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave.
