Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and initial evaluations of patients to identify their specific mental health needs, focusing on trauma-induced challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies and coping mechanisms tailored to each patient's circumstances and goals.

• Engage in regular virtual consultations with patients to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma, stress management, and effective coping strategies, providing resources to support their mental well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to facilitate comprehensive care for patients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and maintain your National Certified Counselor certification.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients who have experienced trauma, whether due to personal incidents, accidents, or significant life changes. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
