Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations via telehealth tools to gain insight into clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and personal goals.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to clients of all ages facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' preferences and therapeutic goals, utilizing techniques from modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.

• Utilize crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and management of their mental health.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client sessions, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations while adhering to all legal and ethical standards governing practice.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and competence in all interactions, respecting the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

Qualifications\n
