About Smart Infrastructure – Electrification and Automation The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio and applications to create the power distribution grid of the future. Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of today’s and tomorrow’s power grid! We are looking for a Experienced Team Assistant. This position will be based in Wendell, NC. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping others succeed. Roles & Responsibilities Manage administrative areas for management team, including travel coordination, meeting planning and coordination, facility events, complex scheduling, and general office management. Manage on-boarding and offboarding for the operations, quality, and procurement teams. Purchase indirect materials as needed. Assist employees with re-imaging of IT equipment as well as training/helping them navigate Siemens tools Directly support division executive management leads with administrative support for meeting planning, appointments, travel, equipment, etc. Utilize corporate e-tools for booking travel, processing expenses, ordering supplies and purchase orders. Compose and edit complex memos, reports, presentations, correspondence, organizational charts and other documents as needed. Assist with bi-weekly payroll. Event logistics to support site events. Manage resources needed for employees (uniforms, lockers, etc.). Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
