Drive Impactful Change

• Manage the full requisition lifecycle for contingent workers utilizing the VNDLY Vendor Management System (VMS).

• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and clearly translate them to our preferred suppliers.

• Guide the seamless selection and onboarding journey, providing dedicated support for timesheets, supplier performance discussions, and ongoing requests.

• Optimize supplier performance through comprehensive quarterly scorecards, data reporting, and actionable improvement plans.

• Streamline the VNDLY ticket management process, ensuring swift resolution of escalations from contractors and vendors.

• Develop compelling textual and digital marketing materials to build brand awareness among internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Essential Skills for Success

• 3+ years of proven experience in a contingent workforce or a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build authentic, collaborative partnerships across all levels.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze reporting metrics and champion continuous process improvements.

• Prior experience specifically with VNDLY and/or a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) designation.
