Production Coordinator (Broadcast/Digital)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support a fast-paced creative production team within a leading sports media environment. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about sports, storytelling, and content creation, offering hands-on experience across the full production lifecycle-from concept development through final delivery.
The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in sports media and creative production. This role provides exposure to high-profile campaigns, cross-platform content, and collaborative creative workflows.

• Rate: $30-$33/hr.
• Location: Hybrid - Lower Manhattan

Responsibilities:

• Support producers and associate producers across pre-production, production, and post-production activities
• Conduct research on sports storylines, trends, and cultural insights to inform creative direction
• Assist with sourcing production assets including footage, music, and talent
• Coordinate logistics such as shoot schedules, travel arrangements, and equipment needs
• Log footage and maintain well-organized project files and archives
• Assist with rights management and content clearances
• Provide support for digital and social content distribution
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth production operations
• Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas
• Learn and apply internal production workflows, tools, and brand standards

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in production, marketing, media, or a related field
• Strong passion for sports and storytelling
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with production tools, editing workflows, or media asset management systems is a plus
