As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:45 AM - 05:15 PMTue08:45 AM - 05:15 PMWed08:45 AM - 05:15 PMFri08:45 AM - 05:15 PMSat08:45 AM - 02:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance issues, and policy violations to site leadership. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
