We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Retention Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle strategy for a growing consumer brand. You'll own the CRM and retention roadmap across email, SMS, loyalty, post-purchase, and customer engagement—driving repeat purchase, lifetime value, and long-term brand loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Lead retention, CRM, and lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, app, and post-purchase programs.
• Build customer segmentation, personalization, automation, and testing roadmaps.
• Optimize acquisition, welcome, conversion, repeat-purchase, VIP, and win-back journeys.
• Own retention technology and vendor relationships, including CRM, loyalty, and related platforms.
• Define KPIs, translate performance into recommendations, and communicate results to leadership.
• Manage and develop two coordinator-level team members.
• Partner with Ecommerce, CX, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Retail, and external partners.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or ecommerce marketing within a consumer or DTC brand.
• Strong expertise in email, SMS, automation, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or comparable CRM and ecommerce platforms.
• A commercial mindset focused on retention revenue, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
• Proven people leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. xhyhwjd
• Experience in apparel, lifestyle, retail, or another consumer-focused category is a plus.
