Corporate Event Marketing Manager (Product Launches, Cvent & Budget Oversight)
\nLocation: San Diego, CA (100% Onsite )
\nDuration: 12-Month Contract
\nPay Rate: $63/hr on W2 (40 hours/week)
\nShift – 1st Shift
\n \nRole Overview
\nHiring a high-level Staff Marketing Event Specialist to independently plan, develop, and execute high-impact corporate events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nEvent Execution
\n- \n
- Lead end-to-end production of major events with minimal direction. \n
- Serve as the main contact for internal project stakeholders. \n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global offices and external agencies. \n
- Manage onsite logistics and adapt quickly to changing event conditions. \n
Vendor & Logistics
\n- \n
- Sourcing, negotiating, and contracting venues and event vendors. \n
- Direct complex audio-visual (AV), lighting, and staging setups. \n
- Oversee event shipping, product experiences, and physical setups. \n
Budget & Operations
\n- \n
- Manage all financial tracking, budgets, invoicing, and PO creation. \n
- Utilise event automation tools like Cvent and Airtable. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Proficient with Cvent , Airtable , Google Suite, and MS Office. \n
- Advanced technical knowledge of corporate AV and stage production. \n
- Flexibility to travel, including weekends and holidays. \n
- Must pass a background check. \n
