IT Support & Operations Specialist

The IT Support & Operations Specialist is part of the IT team, providing day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and systems maintenance, with additional responsibility for basic data reporting. This role helps keep IT operations running smoothly and requires a versatile problem-solver comfortable across support, systems, and data tasks. Job Duties: Respond to and resolve help desk tickets, providing timely technical support to employees across the organization Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems as needed Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment Support and maintain core IT systems, including, applications, and user accounts Support basic data reporting requests, including pulling reports and organizing data for internal use Document technical issues, resolutions, and processes for the team's knowledge base Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and larger system initiatives Monitor system performance and flag potential issues before they impact operations Assist with IT inventory and asset tracking Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role Experience with ERPs, WMS, other Cloud business applications. Working knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and common business software Experience with user account and access management (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar) Familiarity with ticketing systems and documenting technical issues Basic data skills — comfortable working in Excel, pulling reports, or light SQL querying, PowerBI Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, especially when explaining technical issues to non-technical staff Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment A degree, certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.), or equivalent hands-on experience in IT Experience supporting both hardware and cloud-based systems Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python) for routine tasks Familiarity with basic system administration (servers, backups, patching) #J-18808-Ljbffr BodyHealth
