We are committed to delivering exceptional service, supporting one another, and creating opportunities for professional development and long-term success.**LOCATION*** This position is onsite based in the Sacramento area.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the escrow process, including:* Assist in opening new escrow files and processing transactions.* Prepare and review escrow documents and instructions.* Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction.* Order payoffs, demands, and necessary closing documentation.* Ensure accuracy and completeness of files while maintaining timelines.* Schedule signings and support closing logistics.* Provide responsive, high-level customer service to all parties involved.* Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High school diploma or equivalent.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.* Customer-service mindset with a positive, team-first attitude.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE*** Experience with escrow/title software is a plus.* Prior escrow, title, real estate, or administrative experience preferred but not required.**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $23.00 – $25.00 hourly. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.
