Experience Requirements Previous kitchen and/or cooking experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Ability to maintain food safety and quality standards Job Duties Cook soups, sauces, and entrees according to standardized recipes and production guidelines Follow recipes exactly to ensure product consistency and quality Monitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs) on required production paperwork Set up workstations with ingredients, supplies, and equipment needed for daily production Support kitchen leads by maintaining workflow and communication throughout the kitchen Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and production stations Assist with production needs and perform other duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Stand for extended periods of time Work in a fast-paced production environment Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
