The Company is in search of a President/CEO to guide the organization through its next phase of growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be a mission-driven leader with a collaborative and forward-thinking approach, responsible for defining and executing a vision that supports sustainable growth, operational excellence, and continued innovation in service delivery. This role demands a strategic executive with a strong understanding of small business and league operations, shared services models, and the broader financial services landscape. The President/CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, clients, and strategic partners to strengthen relationships, ensure responsiveness to client needs, and identify opportunities for expansion and enhancement of services. Candidates for the President/CEO position at the company should have a proven track record of at least 10 years in senior management within the credit union system, financial services, or a related shared services environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced education or industry certifications strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategic leadership, operations management, and client relationship development, and a history of industry involvement and thought leadership. Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a relationship-first mindset are essential for engaging with stakeholders and guiding the organization to help each client achieve maximum success.
