D&L Parts is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and driven Purchasing Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products are accurately priced, properly maintained within our systems, and available when our customers need them.

You'll work closely with Purchasing, IT, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Distribution teams to help drive operational excellence across our growing organization.

What You'll DoPricing & Product Data Management

• Maintain and update product pricing through uploads and manual adjustments
• Create and distribute product catalogs and pricing lists
• Manage customer-specific pricing programs and special pricing agreements
• Develop more efficient workflows for pricing and product maintenance
• Maintain product supersedes and inventory status changes across multiple branch locations

Systems & Data Support

• Troubleshoot product and pricing discrepancies across systems and websites
• Support ERP product setup and data maintenance
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information
• Assist with data conversions and ongoing system maintenance

Reporting & Analytics

• Create reports, dashboards, and graphs for vendors and company leadership
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Provide actionable insights that support purchasing and inventory decisions

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with Sales, Branch Managers, and Customer Service teams
• Assist with pricing, availability, product information, and issue resolution
• Serve as a key resource for product and purchasing-related questions throughout the company

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (CSD, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, appliance parts, industrial supply, or wholesale distribution
• Experience with pricing analysis and product data management
• Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes
